Playin' on Purpose

Hoopin For Hope is a series of OHSAA sanctioned HS basketball games, ABA Professional Basketball and Adult Open Gym games played to raise money to support COCs programs that offer emotional support and financial relief services to men, women, and families with a cancer diagnosed child, experience while battling cancer.

By playing and inviting family and friends to join or watch you, you help fund COC's cancer support programs like  DATA which provides vital emotional support and financial assistance services to many desperately looking for and needing fiancial help while battling cancer.

Once a cancer patient, or another on their behalf, reveals their need for financial relief  services via referrals from hospitals, on-line, other cancer support organizations,  family and/or friends,  COC is often times the patient's last hope.

Currently there are millions of people who are, have or had been diagnosed with cancer who can share how the financial burdens incurred as a result of seeking treatment had an affect on their recovery time.
